WATER AND LAND-BASED ACTIVITIES

What would the holidays be without fun in the water ? La Plaine Tonique offers two different waterside environments: devise your own made-to-measure programme with a mixture of the beach, water park, and other activities :

The 95-hectare Montrevel en Bresse/Malafretaz lake has a supervised swimming area where you can cool off in complete safety.

The 500-metre beach is ideal for playing in the sand or just lazing around; it is equipped with cabins and lockers (telephone recharging facilities).

The Carré Tonique aquatic centre has 5 pools, water games and 2 waterslides (caution: no swimming shorts and solo access possible for 11-year-olds and over).

Water sports activities for all ages and levels are also available on site, as well as land-based activities to discover the surrounding area.

Facilities such as beach volleyball, badminton, tennis*, petanque, mini-golf* and table tennis are available to keep the family and friends entertained.

A “guinguette” for a snack or a meal by the beach is proposed on site.

The site also has a 4-star campsite.

 

OPENING PERIODS AND TIMES 2025

The beach will be supervised from 10am to 7pm (subject to weather conditions) and the access to the Leisure Centre will be charged for guests from outside the campsite:

  • weekends and public holidays in June from 7 June onwards
  • every day from 1 July to 31 August

From 1st September 2025:

  • swimming is authorised but not supervised, at the user’s own risk.
  • access to the Leisure Centre is free of charge

 

HIGH SEASON RATES 2025 FOR DAY GUESTS

  • Individual beach ticket Adults and children aged 11 years old and over: 5,20 €
  • Individual beach ticket Children from 3 to 10 years old: 3,30 €
  • Free admission for children under 3.

 

CARRÉ TONIQUE AQUATIC CENTRE RATES FOR DAY GUESTS CUSTOMERS :

  • Adults and children aged 11 and over: beach rate (€5,20) + €3,10 i.e. €8,30
  • Children aged 3 to 10: beach rate (€3,30) + €2 i.e. €5.30
  • Children under 3: free

Caution: no swimming shorts and solo access possible for 11-year-olds and over.
